All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 15 to 20 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.


1. Delivery

All orders are processed within 8 business days. The product will reach you in 15 to 20 Business days. It all depends on your country or location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, holidays, and statutory holidays If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


2. Damage

The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. When we dispatch your order from here, you can get the video picture and details of the product from us along with the tracking details.


3. How to return an item:

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


4. Return Process

A: Submit your complaint. In this complaint you have to submit Unboxing Video, Pictures, And describe your issue. We will give you the Return Authorization Number.

B: Our Evidence verification team will check your complaint and verify if you are eligible for a refund we will notify you.


5. Refund Time:

Refunds are completed within 3-6 working days after we receive the items. Your refund will be processed through the original mode of payment and once we have processed your refund, you will receive a notification from us.


6. Refund for Returned Item/s:

We only refund the amount of the product but we don’t repay your freight charges on both sides it would be borne by the customer.


7. Who is eligible for a refund

If customers have received the wrong order which they didn’t place then they are eligible for a full refund. The chances are very low as we send the videos /photos before dispatching the order.


8. Custom duty

Customs duty is a tax collected on certain goods which are imported to the country and is paid by the importer of the goods.

Customers have to pay customs duty if your products are applicable for customs.
